For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all opened or used products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. A product is considered used if it has been opened, mixed, applied to the hair, or otherwise used. We do not provide refunds for opened or used products because of dissatisfaction with the resulting color, gray coverage, color intensity, or other results that may occur from individual hair characteristics or application.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before opening or using the product and provide photographs and your order information. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

In case you wish to return your unopened and unused merchandise, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please email us to obtain an authorization prior to returning your product. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Please include an RMA number with your return.

Once we receive your return of unopened and unused merchandise, we'll process the refund in the form of store credit and email you a store credit voucher. Please allow up to 15 days for processing and refund issuance.

We can accept returns of unopened and unused merchandise within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise only.

A $15.00 restocking fee will be applied to all returned products in new, unopened condition.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please ship your return items via an insured carrier. Palette by Nature is not responsible for uninsured lost or damaged return items.
