In case you wish to return your merchandise,we will gladly accept returns within 15 days from receipt of your merchandise. You need to obtain an authorization prior to returning your product. Please contact us to receive an authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Please include an invoice with your return merchandise.

Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 15 days for the processing and refund issue.

PLEASE NOTE:

• $10.00 restocking fee will be applied for all returned products in new unopened condition.
• $10.00 restocking fee will be applied for each returned product if it has been opened and/or used. No exclusions.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• If your order was shipped free we will subtract the cost of shipping from the amount that is refunded to you
• Please ship returned products to us via an insured carrier.Palette by Nature is not responsible for uninsured lost or damaged return items.
